Regent House, also known as OneThreeSix George Street, is a mixed-use development comprising 24 luxury apartments, 4 retail units and 45,000 sq ft of office space. Planning consent to redevelop Regent House was granted to the Portman Estate in 2016, with the project reaching completion in 2021.

DMC has been integral to the new development, working in partnership with main contractor Osborne. Some of the key elements we were responsible for included the installation of flooring to commercial areas, including the gym, cycle store, management suite and entrance, as well as carpeting for stairs, landings, lobbies and the apartments.
