At DMC we put Health & Safety first. We work hard to make sure our employees are safe and that they meet the highest safety standards on site.

Our aim is to work together daily to achieve ‘Zero Harm’ and to support our team’s physical and mental health. 

Our Occupational Health & Safety Management systems are independently assessed. They also comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007.

• CQMS (Safety scheme assessed to industry-recognised standards)

Sustainability

We are great believers in responsible sourcing of materials and sourcing materials, labour and equipment.

DMC is committed to reducing CO2 emissions and our fleet is FORS Silver accredited. This demonstrates our work to achieve the highest levels and best practice in safety, efficiency, and environmental protection.  

We carry a waste transfer licence, reducing the amount of waste that goes to landfill. We are also great believers in responsible and local sourcing of materials, labour and equipment, so as to reduce our carbon footprint. Additionally, we make use of the Recofloor Vinyl Take-Back Scheme, which recycles old vinyl and offcuts into new flooring.
