Parsons North is a residential development in the City of Westminster, comprising 60 new homes of which 41 were for private sale. These apartments are designed to a luxurious specification and were completed in 2021.

DMC was sub-contracted to engage in early value engineering for the interior fit-out of this project. The focus was primarily on the bathrooms and kitchens of the apartments, as well as the lobby areas and main entrance. The bathrooms required a lot of intricate tiling around services and outlets, which were integrated with the M&E works for the vanity units. We also completed the installation of the granite paving to the balconies, which were installed on pedestals.
